Delfin Amazon Cruises are built around the Pacaya-Samiria region of northern Peru, where blackwater channels, flooded forest, river villages, and wildlife shape the days. Delfin I, Delfin II, and Delfin III each offer a different small-ship way into this landscape.
We bring the three Delfin ships together so you can compare their routes, cabin layouts, expedition style, and available departures in one place. The ship is comfortable, but the reason to come is outside it: skiff outings, forest walks, local encounters, and the changing water of the Amazon.
This is not a conventional large-ship cruise. Expect heat, humidity, early starts, flexible plans, and a journey led by the river.

Compare cabin size, windows, noise, stairs, air conditioning, and public space alongside the route and guiding.

Small scale changes access
A ship such as Aqua Nera uses smaller craft for narrow channels and close-up exploration. Other rivers use hotel barges or compact expedition vessels. The useful question is not how grand the lobby looks. It is where the vessel can take you and what you do when you arrive.
The cabin should be comfortable, but it is not the reason to travel. The best days happen away from it: markets, villages, food, wildlife, history, and the present-day life of the river.
Choose this page if you want more space and polish without the scale, dress codes, or programmed entertainment of a conventional cruise. It may not suit you if you want butlers, gala evenings, or a ship-first holiday.
